Show your logo
In idle mode, when visitors are away from the screen, you can set a logo to be displayed. Your visitors will see your logo up until they start interacting with Ouva.
Create a logo category
To display a logo, click on Categories and ensure that there is a Logo category. If it does not exist, you can create it below the list of categories.

Once your category is created, scroll down to Inform your visitors and click on New Message.
Under What would you like to display? select Logo. Enter a description for the logo to remember it later (e.g. White logo)
Answer Yes to Would you like to add a picture and upload your logo right below it. You can select any icon, it will also not going to be displayed.
Then, select where you would like to display the message and when.
Finally, select that you want to show this message to Everyone and click Submit.
If you have followed the steps correctly, you should find your new logo under Inform your Visitors, when you expand the Logo category.
