To add a message, click on New Message and select Visitor Information or any other custom category you have created. Categories only exist for you to separate your content and better organize them.
You can upload a picture to show along with your message. Images look best when they are in 4:3 ratio.
Images other than 4:3 ratio will be scaled and may look stretched from the sides or from the top and bottom.
If your message does not have an image, your logo or a default friendly image will be displayed.
You can choose to show your messages all the time, or you can create a schedule for it. You can select start and end times, date range, and a day of the week to repeat.
Messages like "Have a nice weekend!" on Friday evenings, or "Happy new year!" around January 1st help Ouva feel very personal and increase engagement.
Finally, select Everyone and Submit to publish your message.
