Optical Sensor

Ouva system is trained and calibrated to detect presence of a person using an optical sensor. These sensors are utilized in displays to enable interactivity. There is a wide range of sensors that Ouva can use and the selection is based on project requirements - including depth, infrared and others.

Displays

All displays can be activated to provide Ouva patient interface utilizing a small form factor PC attachment running a Linux OS. These displays can be found in hallways, waiting rooms and lobbies. The display enables patient and staff to receive assistance, provide wayfinding guidance and facility information.

Content Management System

The platform software, running in secure Cloud servers on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or on-premise provides access to various content management settings, data analytics and visualizations as well as transparency into the entire operation.

History Server

In multi-station installations, every person’s request is coupled with their sensor profile and the data is transferred to History Server, which can be installed along a Display PC or inside the facility’s IT rooms. The server communicates with sensors and interfaces, allowing the system to remember previous requests and personalize the information displayed to each visitor. The stored data is typically configured to be deleted after one hour.
